The past weeks have been eventful for Return Helper as we engaged with sellers and industry leaders across Taiwan and China, reinforcing our commitment to driving growth in the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. From speaking at Amazon’s official market expansion briefing in Taipei to co-hosting the Cross-Border Synergy Cocktail in Shenzhen with PayPal and SHOPLINE, both events spotlighted opportunities, challenges, and collaborations shaping the future of global trade.
Taiwan: Scaling into Emerging Markets with Amazon
Our Taiwan team was invited to speak at Amazon’s Market Expansion Briefing in Taipei, an event focused on helping sellers capture growth opportunities in emerging markets such as Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
During our session, we shared actionable insights on:
🚚 Logistics & Operations Optimization — From smart inventory allocation to logistics selection, we demonstrated how sellers can reduce costs and improve efficiency.
📦 Real Customer Success Stories — How brands are thriving globally with structured returns management and seamless cross-border operations.
The event provided sellers with a clear roadmap to expand internationally, reinforcing the importance of end-to-end solutions in building trust and resilience.

China: Fostering Strategic Connections in Shenzhen
In Shenzhen, we co-hosted the Cross-Border Synergy Cocktail with PayPal and SHOPLINE at the St. Regis Hotel in Qianhai.
What began as an intimate 50-seat gathering quickly grew beyond expectations, with more industry leaders joining at the last-minute, highlighting the demand for meaningful networking in the e-commerce community.
Unlike large conferences, the Cross-Border Synergy Cocktail focused on quality over quantity, creating an exclusive space where sellers, platforms, and solution providers could discuss challenges in cross-border e-commerce and explore new pathways for strategic collaboration.

Driving Growth Across Asia
Both events underscored our mission: empowering sellers to scale globally with reliable logistics, streamlined overseas returns management, and strong industry partnerships.
Whether through knowledge-sharing at Amazon’s official briefing in Taiwan or building networks at our cocktail event in Shenzhen, Return Helper continues to position itself as a trusted partner for Amazon, Shopify, and eBay sellers seeking to expand into international markets.
As cross-border trade continues to accelerate, we remain committed to creating solutions that enable brands to grow with confidence, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
