AI Connector Terms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Return Helper AI connector, including its MCP server and associated plugins and integrations with supported third-party AI platforms (the “Connector”).

The Connector is provided by Return Helper PTE. LTD., trading as Return Helper (“Return Helper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance and authorized use

By connecting or using the Connector, you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You must have a valid Return Helper account and permission to access the information you request. You are responsible for complying with your organization’s policies and the terms of the AI platform you use.

2. What the Connector provides

The Connector allows you to retrieve information available to your authorized Return Helper account, including:

  • Return requests and their current status.

  • Warehouse inventory and received goods.

  • Shipment information.

  • Shipment status definitions and handling fee calculation types.

  • Return photos and warehouse details.

The Connector retrieves account information. It does not create or modify returns, issue refunds, purchase services, process payments, or instruct warehouses to handle goods.

Available information depends on your account permissions, the records held in Return Helper, and the capabilities available through your chosen AI platform.

3. Account security

Connect using your own Return Helper account through the supported sign-in and authorization process.

Do not share passwords, access tokens, or other credentials in conversations. You must not use another person’s account without authorization, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to retrieve information outside your permissions.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your connection.

4. Data and privacy

When you request information through the Connector, relevant Return Helper account data is returned to the AI platform for use in your conversation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to make that information available to the AI platform, including any information relating to customers, employees, or other individuals.

Return Helper’s processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, your agreement and Data Processing Agreement with Return Helper.

The AI platform processes information under its own terms, privacy policies, and applicable account or workspace settings. These Terms do not determine how that platform stores or uses your conversations.

Treat retrieved information and photos as confidential where appropriate. Photo links returned by the Connector may be accessible to anyone who holds the link; share them only with authorized recipients.

5. Accuracy and AI-generated responses

Information may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or unavailable. A result reflects the information retrieved and may not represent the latest operational state.

AI-generated summaries and interpretations may contain errors. Verify important details in the Return Helper portal or with our support team before making operational, financial, or customer-facing decisions.

A conversational response does not itself confirm that a refund, shipment, warehouse action, or other transaction has occurred.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Connector to:

  • Access or disclose information without authorization.

  • Violate applicable law, confidentiality obligations, or third-party rights.

  • Circumvent authentication, permissions, rate limits, or security controls.

  • Disrupt the Connector or misuse it for abusive automated requests.

7. Third-party platforms and availability

Return Helper operates the Connector independently of the third-party AI platforms through which you access it.

Availability may depend on those platforms, your subscription, workspace administrator settings, account permissions, and technical compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every platform.

8. Disconnecting and suspension

You may stop using the Connector and disconnect it through your AI platform’s connection settings.

Disconnecting does not by itself delete information already included in conversations. Manage that information through the relevant platform’s controls.

We may restrict or suspend Connector access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal requirements, or service operation.

9. Existing agreements and legal rights

These Terms supplement your applicable Return Helper customer agreement. They do not replace the commercial terms governing logistics, warehousing, shipping, billing, or other Return Helper services.

Any applicable provisions concerning liability, governing law, and dispute resolution in your customer agreement continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and support

We may update these Terms as the Connector or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
