How It Works?
We provide kinds of service for the FBA returns, you can choose to remove your items from the FBA warehouse in the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, and Japan, then relabel, resend, or restock, etc. For detail warehouse information, please click the button.
1. Build a removal order in Amazon
Create a removal order from the FBA warehouse to Return Helper warehouse.
2. We will handle your return after the arrival.
Within 48 hours of the delivery, we will upload the FNSKU and quantities, and you will receive an email to notify you of the arrival. You can also log in to the user portal at any time to view detailed information.
After the FBA returns arrived at the warehouse, you can choose the following services:
Relabel—If the label is damaged during the delivery, and the barcode cannot be scanned, we can help you to relabel.
Repack—You can choose to repack your items. We provide a variety of packaging materials to meet your needs, to make sure your package meets the minimum size and take the best care of the fragile items.
Send to FBA—You can choose to resend the returned goods to the designated FBA warehouse, we also provide return labels with favorable prices.
Send to separately buyer—You can choose to resell on the platform, and we can help you send it to the designated buyer.
Bulk recall—You can choose to recall your goods to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.
Dispose—We use environmentally friendly methods to discard unwanted items.
